Growth NYC was founded in 2024 by New York native Tee Naraine with a mission to enrich the lives of youth and creatives through workshops and artistic programs focused on mental health, financial skills, and mentorship. The organization is committed to fostering a supportive community where creativity and learning lead to both personal and social transformation. Our vision is a future where every individual, regardless of their background, has the resources to succeed emotionally and creatively, contributing to a thriving and sustainable community. Through our diverse programs and collaborative efforts, we aim to empower individuals and drive positive change in the lives of youth and creatives across New York City.
